Offers and confirmation

The excursions on offer vary in length (1/2 to 2 days). Many of these are hikes or trips to special destinations, combined with a hike. Descriptions for all excursions have already been produced. The only thing to be provided at a later date are the exact departure and arrival times of the relevant trains and, consequently, final confirmation of the excursion. As soon as we are given the go-ahead by the Swiss railway (SBB), we will provide confirmation of your excursion.

Maps and estimated walking times

Comprehensive descriptions are provided for all available excursions and most also come with maps and estimated walking times. All our walking times are estimated using a walking speed of approx. 4.5 km per hour. It is then up to you to adjust this to suit your group (resource: Cudesch).

Camp activity program und Coaching

Each excursion can be incorporated directly into your camp activity program. Each excursion has been checked and authorized by a range of different bodies. Your group coach must assess whether the excursion is suitable for your unit/group. Following an agreement made between the Swiss Scout Movement (PBS) and Jugend+Sport (J+S), our association coach has already approved all excursions on behalf of J+S and the PBS.
